The Liberty Challenge 

The Liberty challenge was born from my inability to commit to consistent workouts and routines 

which ultimately just end up feeling repetitive, with no Goal in sight and just going through the motions. 

This train of thought got me thinking, how can I make this more interesting, what could i lift that is an attainable goal but by no means easy? 

I had the pleasure of seeing the Statue of Liberty some years ago, whilst undoubtably stunning it seemed dwarfed by the modern Manhattan skyline behind it. Could I, given a certain amount of time lift one of the great Pyramids? Absolutely not. 

Could I lift the Statue of Liberty though? At approximately 204116 KG (not including the stone base)...... Yes 

So the idea of the Liberty Challenge was Born which grew into the different variations so as to be appealing and accessible to from Amateur lifters through to Professional athletes and body builders.
